Sales Manager

 

Your Role

We are looking to strengthen our Sales team in Bangkok with more talents. Your main responsibility will be around sales. The role involves finding and establishing new clients and engagements, maneuvering existent client engagements, as well as collaborating closely with consultants at Atlas Commercial Consulting.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Setting up meetings for Managing Director
  • Developing new Business for Clients 
  • Developing new Business for Atlas Commercial Consulting 
  • Attending face to face meetings 
  • Telesales 
  • Cold calling
  • Managing and coaching sales representatives and agents
  • Implementing new solution for selling approaches
  • Bringing back to head office market feedback concerning product and services

Required Profile & Qualification

  • A degree in business or similar
  • Native Thai and fluent in English
  • Well-developed analytical, excel and power point skills
  • Ability to think strategically and act tactically
  • Good understanding of B2B businesses

The candidate should also:     

  • Be able to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders, from different cultural backgrounds and at various level of seniority 
  • Enjoy “building ” systems and processes from scratch
  • Be comfortable in an environment of change
  • Enjoy working independently and holistically
