Thailand Consulting Manager

Arunrat joined the firm in 2007 as a Consulting Manager in Tractus’ Thailand office. Her areas of expertise include site selection, market research, market entry strategy, investment attraction, and economic development. Arunrat maintains an active practice servicing both Asia and US public sector clients including the Thailand Board of Investment and the US Department of Commerce.

Paralleling Arunrat’s public sector engagements is deep experience servicing private sector clients on engagements that have included market entry strategy development for a home appliance manufacturing and trading company, direct investment advisory on a Fortune 500 semiconductor and hard-disk manufacturing project for Thailand, Laos, Myanmar and Indonesia and the sell-side strategy development and disposition of a tier-1 public relations and marketing company’s operations in Thailand.

Prior to joining Tractus, Arunrat was a production controller which required the planning and managing of production orders to export goods on schedule. In her early career, she served as an intern in the ASEAN team reporting to the Thai Ministry of Industry’s Division of International Industry. As an undergraduate student, Arunrat undertook primary market research on fast moving consumer goods as well as the media and telecommunication sectors.

Arunrat holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Monash University, Australia and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Khon Kean University, Thailand. She is fluent in Thai and English.
